The rates are valid per room, per night for a single or double occupancy.
2. Breakfast is included in the price?
The rates on the website have breakfast included.
3. When is the check-in and check out time?
Usually, check-in starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done by 12:00.
4. If I arrive at the hotel before the scheduled check-in, is there the possibility of making an early check-in?
Upon availability there is the possibility of early check-in from 14:00.
5. I'd rather do the check out later. Is it possible?
Yes, although the normal scheduled time for check-out is until 12:00, you can do it later. The late check-out can only be confirmed on the day of departure by the receptionist and it is not guaranteed. If this is not possible, we can store your luggage and you can continue to enjoy our services up to 17:00.
6. The hotel accepts reservations for families with children?
Yes, Vila Luz is kid friendly.
7. What are the values for cots or extra beds?
Children up to 3 years old 10€. From 5 to 12 years old, an extra bed will be charged 30€ night with breakfast included.

Yes Vila Luz offers free Internet Wi-Fi (wireless broadband) in all rooms, meeting rooms and common areas.
12. I would like to hold a meeting/events in Vila Luz. Is it possible?
Yes, we would be glad to organize the meeting for you. We have special menus for events. Contact us!
13. How about meals?
Our bar offers a varied selection of snacks from 11am to 9pm. We also have special menus for events (on demand).
14. The hotel has its own parking lot?
Yes, Vila Luz has a free covered private parking 24-hour access.
15. I changed my plans for my trip. How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
If you made your reservation through our website or front desk you can change it or cancel it according to our cancellation policies that we have send with the booking confirmation. If a reservation has been made through another online platform you should contact the platform through customer contact!
