Pets Policy in the Apartments

We are pleased to welcome you and your pet as our guests. To ensure that your stay and that of other guests enjoy your stay, we kindly ask you to carefully read our pet policy:

Regulations:

·       Vila Luz is prepared to welcome your pet as long as it weighs up to 20 kg;

·       Pets must not be left unattended during the stay;

·       We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in our Restaurants, Pools or covered public areas;

·       We charge a non-refundable fee per day per pet 25€

·       Pets must be declared during guest registration;

·       Any disturbances, such as barking, should be avoided to ensure the rest for other guests;

·       Exotic pets are not allowed.
