PRICES PER MONTH/PERSON:

• Studio without balcony: 1100€
• Studio w/balcony with pool view: €1300
• Studio w/balcony with sea view: €1800
• 1 bedroom apartment with pool view: €1800
• 1 bedroom sea view apartment: €1900

EXTRAS:
• Person: 250€/month
• Pet fee: 15€/day/pet

CONDITIONS:
• Minimum duration: 1 month
• Offer valid from November 1st to March 15th
• Payment: 100% of one month's payment at check in and then payment each month.
• Stay without breakfast
• Cleaning twice a week
• Changing sheets and towels once a week
